Trapview platfom allows fully automated monitoring and predicting population future development of over 60 insect species. This is achieved with the combination of smart insect traps, image recognition (trained on over 30 million pictures of insects) and machine learning based prediction of population.
Smart traps provide daily update of the catches while their remote automatic cleaning reduce maintenance to minimum. Attached weather sensor provides crucial insect related on-site weather data. AI based image recognition output is validated by human in order to achieve consistent accuracy of recognized targeted insects. Population dynamics modelling provide modelling of adults as well as different development staged (eggs, larvae, pupae).
All data is securely stored in central repository and accessible via app (web or mobile) or APIs with elaborate automated notification and reporting system.
Platform also allows other input data streams, like pictures of catches in manual traps.
