Using repeated measures for entomology: An example with dung beetle trap capture

Using repeated measures is an important statistical tool that we use often in Entomology. However, it can be challenging to correctly specify repeated measures models, especially when using the statistical tool R. Here, we will give a brief tutorial on using and checking a repeated measures model using R using a dataset on dung beetle trap capture collected every week using baited pitfall traps on a research farm in Morgantown WV.
