Thrips’ ability to damage crops through feeding and transmitting phytopathogens generates significant risks of crop loss. Our symposium will highlight research focusing on optimizing thrips monitoring and management using chemical and non-chemical tools in the IPM framework for common thrips pests and new invasive species in various cropping systems.
