This symposium, which will provide multidisciplinary perspectives to reduce the incidence of tick-borne illness, will include topics in tick ecology, biology, molecular physiology, and microbiome. It will facilitate communication among participants regarding recent challenges in understanding and controlling tick-borne diseases to provide a consensus for future directions in tick research.
