Applied entomology often focuses on managing agricultural pests and disease vectors yet is also vital to conserving beneficial arthropods that provide crucial ecosystem services, such as biological control, pollination, nutrient cycling, and decomposition. This symposium will explore strategies for managing agricultural landscapes to enhance ecosystem services while minimizing potential disservices.
