My experiences in academia, industry, and extension: Finding my career path as a Latino entomologist in the U.S.

This presentation is an overview of my journey as a Latino entomologist in navigating the professional landscape in the US. I will discuss my experiences, in industry, academia, and extension and provide insights and career advice to minority and Hispanic entomology students. Throughout the presentation, I will delve into the challenges and triumphs I encountered along my career path, furthermore, I will highlight the various resources and support networks at ESA, University Settings, and the Federal Government that have been instrumental in my journey
