Forty years of extension experience: The challenges, rewards and some words of advice

In the past 40 years, I have worked at the county level, university level, and regional/national level and have worked with many different groups, agencies, etc. There have been various challenges in the jobs I have held, but also many rewards and exciting experiences. I will describe my career journey and offer some words of advice to early career professionals that I learned along the way.
