The entomology field offers several career paths beyond traditional academia, such as extension work, often under-explored due to limited exposure during formal academic training. This symposium aims to highlight the rewarding impact of extension careers. Topics include resource constraints, prioritizing goals, and time management, benefiting all career stages.
