So you want to talk about DEI

There is a lot of talk lately about DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), but what is DEI actually? What’s the difference between diversity and equity, between inclusion and belonging, and where do justice and accessibility fit in? (Why) are these ideas important, and how do we engage in DEI work as it becomes increasingly politicized? In this talk, I will set the stage for this symposium by discussing these questions and others.
