Native Coccinellidae were collected during spring colonization of wheat fields in four regions of Spain during 2023. Variation in landscape context was quantified among regions as well as variation among sampled landscapes within each region. Health, as predicted by size, total fat and micronutrient levels, was measured for individuals from each sampled location. Aphid prey densities were also quantified for each sampled location. Information presented here on how landscape variation influences the health and predicted fitness of native Coccinellidae may inform how agricultural systems can be designed to conserve these important predators and the services they provide.
